How does the Prescription Service Work?

Our prescription service runs from Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm

Many of the products we supply require a prescription from the doctor
For example: Low Dose Naltrexone

If your product requires a prescription, the process is very simple:

  1. Obtain a presciption (How do i do this?)
  2. Send the prescription to us at:

    (Remember to include a cover letter, giving us your Name, Address, Postcode, Telephone number, DOB and a list of any other medication you take.)

  3. Await delivery! (medication usually posted within 2 working days of receiving the original prescription)


    4. We will dispense the prescription for you, and send it via the secure Royal Mail Signed For service

    If requested Special Delivery, Next Day or *International Postage can be arranged.

    For payment we currently only accept Credit and Debit Cards.

We currently send LDN and similar medicines all round the world.
